Does the maintenance plan include roof repairs?
No. Repairs and additional work are quoted separately and completed only after customer approval.
What happens when an inspection finds a problem?
Your report explains the concern and recommended timing. When needed, we provide a separate repair proposal for review.
Does this plan create or extend a roof warranty?
No. The plan provides periodic inspections, documentation, and preventive recommendations. It does not create or extend warranty coverage.
